I worked as a professional musician for about 25 years, and then I had to get a real job.  I still play whenever I can, I just don’t have to depend on it for a living, which can be liberating.  I’ve been married to the same woman since 1970, and we now have grandchildren.  I still feel young at heart, even though I guess you might call me an old hippie.
